A Study of the Evolution of Citizenship Rights in Iran's Economic, Social and Cultural Development Programs
The purpose of this study is to investigate the evolution of citizenship rights in Iran's economic, social and cultural development programs. Citizenship reflects the links between the individual and society in the form of rights, obligations, and responsibilities, and provides a framework for the interaction of individuals, groups, and institutions. Therefore, the main function of citizenship in the administration of society is in accordance with the principles of respect for the rights of others and the commitment to do things in order to maintain common institutions that maintain these rights. The present research method is library and the method of data collection is fiche cards. The results showed that in none of the programs, welfare and humanistic affairs have not been promoted to the level of policy-making and have more of a service position, so that the most view and most profitable policies and investments are towards economic subjects, and the least attention is paid to civil rights components as the privileged right in the first five programs. Hence, the interconnected set of duties, rights, duties, responsibilities, and social, political, legal, economic, and cultural obligations of the masses is equal to a concise list of the rights of citizens in society that governments should use as tools of knowledge. Cognitive and policy-making in order to solve problems and managerial planning as new foundations in good governance.
