Abstract:
The aim of this study the relationship between emotional intelligence, social adjustment and differentiation act with flexibility in female students of Ramhormz Islamic Azad University. The study sample included 200 offemale students of Islamic Azad University of RÄmhormoz that which were selected by random cluster sampling . Present research was correlation type.Datacollection toolsincluded: questionnaire of emotional intelligence (Petrides and Farnham, 2001), social adjustment (Pickel and Weissmann, 1999) , differentiation (Drake, 2011) flexibility, interaction (Kanrvdyvydsvn, 2003) . The datawere analyzedusingPearson correlationandmultiple regression in significant level 0/001. The results showedthatthere was a significant and positive relationshipbetween emotional intelligence, social adjustment and differentiation with resilency. The results ofmultiple regression analysisshowed multiple correlationbetween emotional intelligence, social adjustment and differentiation with resilency and social adjustmentweregoodpredictors of resilency.
