Providing an Indigenous Model of Police Training and Education with a Future-Research Approach As futurology provides an opportunity for decision-makers to explore future conditions and characteristics, it is considered a platform for development. Given that an indigenous model of the futures research process has not been presented in the NAJA with a futures research approach, this study seeks to provide an indigenous model of police training and education and in fact the main theme of the research is that the indigenous model of police training and education with an approach What is the future of research in NAJA?
This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical in terms of research method with the same approach. In order to conduct the research, first of all, with the reference of literature and research background, the factors affecting future research in NAJA have been counted using the content analysis method. Then, in order to achieve the conceptual model of research on relationships between identified factors, interpretive structural modeling (ISM) method and using a researcher-made questionnaire and data collection from 13 experts in the field of futures studies in NAJA have been used.
