Identifying Organizational Factors Affecting Human Agility

Nowadays, organizations are faced with rapid changes that force them to adapt and make choices. To cope with these changes, organizations must seek to seize the potential opportunities available. One of the paradigms is to increase flexibility, speed, quality and organizational agility. Human resources are the most important agility tool and the most valuable asset of any organization. The main purpose of this study is to identify the organizational factors affecting the agility of human resources. The statistical population of this study consisted of all traffic workers of West Azerbaijan Province, out of which 108 persons were selected by simple random sampling. The research method in this research is descriptive-survey.
