Relationship between Emotional Intelligence and Organizational Commitment in the Province to Prevent Police Staff
One of the pillars of the organization's human resources and the essential role of humans as the main driver in any organization is raised and the organizational efforts of committed individuals to remain in the organization and increase productivity occurs and successful organization that has motivated and committed staff. Motivation and emotional intelligence of the most important factors are productivity, the aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between emotional intelligence components of self-awareness, self-regulation, social skills, Empathy, motivation and commitment to their continuous commitment of components, affective and normative commitment is a commitment. The purpose of this research is the type of application and collection of data, descriptive and correlational and to develop a theoretical framework of library and research and collect data to test the hypothesis of the study and sample was randomly selected from the population of 248 questionnaires were distributed among them (emotional intelligence and organizational commitment questionnaire Alan Meier). In order to analyze the data collected Structural equation modeling (Lisrel) to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence and organizational commitment was finally, it was found that the motivation and commitment of the police to prevent the province there is a significant relationship.
