Identifying and ranking barriers to the use of information and communication technology in the process of teaching and learning of professors and educators
the purpose of this research is to identify and rank the obstacles of applying information and communication technology in the process of teaching and learning in the process of teaching and learning in the process of teaching and learning in the process of teaching and learning . ~~~ this research is an applied research in terms of its purpose . the research tool is a researcher - made questionnaire . the statistical population consisted of all teachers and instructors of the training center of the educator who were selected by cochran formula . the results of research data were analyzed using descriptive statistics ( including percentage , mean and friedman test ) . the data were analyzed by spss version 11.5.Resu lts : the mean age of the participants was 60 years . the results obtained from the study showed that all components included administrative barriers , economic barriers , cultural barriers , educational barriers , infrastructural and technical barriers , human obstacles and organizational barriers , prevented the application of information and communication technology in the process of teaching and learning in the process of teaching and learning in learning and teaching methods . the priority of these components showed that the barriers of applying information and communication technologies in teaching and learning process of this center are important : infrastructure obstacles , administrative barriers , organizational barriers , economic barriers , human obstacles , educational barriers , cultural barriers .
