Relation between job satisfaction and organizational commitment with organizational citizenship behavior
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment with organizational citizenship behavior of Sari police force. This research was "descriptive" in terms of data collection method, "correlational" in terms of type and "applied" in terms of purpose. The statistical population in this study included all employees of the Sari police force, the number of which, according to the latest statistics, was 458. Considering the size of the community and referring to the Georgian and Morgan tables, the sample size of the study was considered to be 207 people. Random random sampling was used to select the research samples. Data collection methods included: library and field. Data collection tools in this study are Gannon's Job Satisfaction Questionnaire (2007), Alan and Mayer's Organizational Commitment Questionnaire (1991), and Oregon and Kanowski's Organizational Citizenship Behavior Questionnaire (OCBI) (1996). The collected data were analyzed by descriptive and inferential methods through SPSS software. In this research, descriptive statistics have been used to calculate the mean and standard deviation of the research variables and to show the frequency and diagrams related to it, and inferential statistics are used to study the research hypotheses. The test included Amon Kalmogorov-Smirnov in the study to determine whether the research variables were normal and the Pearson correlation test to examine the relationship between the variables and the regression test to predict the dependent variable.
