By distributing standard questionnaires and collecting data, first the model was fitted and then the hypotheses based on Pearson correlation coefficient were tested. Results at confidence level 99 Percentage indicates a positive and strong relationship between managers' motivation and its dimensions with organizational health, in other words, with increasing managerial motivation, the organization will be healthier.
