Findings reveal that the executive requirements of the army in natural disasters are classified into structures, resources, laws and regulations, and knowledge. It was also found that since the role of the army has not been defined in AJA missions and in the national development documents for the reconstruction phase, this organization does not actually participate in it unless ordered by the Supreme Command of the Armed Forces.
