Investigating the contradiction between the jurisprudential rules of "Nafye-sabil" with the theory of globalization and globalizim
Globalization is one of the concepts that has had a profound impact on many political, cultural, social and economic currents in the last decade of the twentieth century. Globalization expresses a kind of worldview and thinking about the world as a macro and interconnected system that can be a conceptual framework for explaining the current realities of the world. Globalization is also a concept related to globalization. Although there are teachings in Islam - such as universal invitation and propaganda and an all-encompassing Islamic caliphate - that indicate its universality, it contradicts the common theory of globalization and globalization. In this research, it will be shown that the theory of globalization is in contradiction with the jurisprudential rule of "denying the mustache". The mustache negation rule, which explicitly considers submission to globalization and globalization as a kind of prelude to mustache and domination. The study of this jurisprudential rule and its contradiction with globalization is the focus of this article in a descriptive-analytical method.
