For this purpose, the data needed in the library method is collected and analyzed based on descriptive - analytical method. Findings from the study showed that several elements such as the type of government, unilateralism, liberalism ideology, decrease of power penetration in the Third World countries, the decline of American policy influence over its allies, the deterioration of American foreign policy and …, is the most important determinant of the political decline that can be imagined for the United States.
