Typology of emergency rule in human resource management issues in educational organizations
Achieving goals in educational organizations depends on the ability of employees to perform their assigned tasks and adapt to the changing environment. The effective integration and implementation of human resource management with the principles of Islamic jurisprudence causes people to be able to continue their activities effectively in accordance with organizational changes and the environment and increase their efficiency. Today, the need to integrate the basics of management and jurisprudence and provide examples in this area is well proven at all levels of the organization. In this regard, it is necessary to identify the appropriate jurisprudential resources, process and rules in applying the necessary educational measures in the organization. The purpose of this study is to typify the emergency rule in human resource management issues. The research method is descriptive-analytical, according to which the researcher has combined and explained the four dimensions of human resource management (absorption, utilization, improvement and maintenance of human resources) in jurisprudence and has presented its examples according to the emergency rule. Therefore, in his research, the researcher has studied the examples related to the emergency rule in human resource management in educational organizations. Finally, it should be noted that the decision-making of managers and officials in the human resource management system based on jurisprudential rules and norms, is one of the basic issues in the country that is very important from the perspective of policy, planning, management and implementation.
