Introducing a New Framework for the Rule of Law in the Iranian Public Sector: Qualitative Analysis

The rule of law is one of the topics that has attracted the most attention of politicians and other thinkers in the fields of management and politics. Today, this claim has become a plausible claim that until the rule of law is established in a country and brought to the attention of the rulers, that system is not a political system in the modern sense. That is why today, the beginning of any talk about democracy and democratic institutions is the rule of law. The purpose of this study is to provide a new framework for the rule of law in the Iranian public sector.
