Spirituality of the work environment and its relationship with the promotion of human resource productivity (study: evidencelaw enforcement province mazandaran)
The study, in terms of the goal, the kind of application and method of data collection, descriptive survey type. in terms of this research to examine the relationship between the two variables, also called the correlation study. statistical community , including the headquarters of the provincial law enforcement are mazandaran that the volume of the sample, as well as with regard to the number of statistical community to random sampling method of class and based on Cochrane, 138 has been estimated. means of gathering information, the standard questionnaires in the workplace spirituality miliman et al. (2003) and productivity MFQ). Reliability questions with the formula of the Alpha keronback 0.92 and 0.88 respectively on the underside of measurement and approval of the data was done using SPSS software to two descriptive and approach the inference (Pearson and t - test), research findings suggest that between spirituality in the workplace and interest on manpower direct relationship, and there is significant . The results show between workplace spirituality and components of labor productivity relationship that there is a significant factor most motivation and environmental conditions regarding the lowest productivity.
