Evaluation of tourism facilities status in Caspian Sea coastal area from the beach users' viewpoint (case study: Chalous city)
In recent years, tourism as a dynamic industry had many effects on the economical, social and cultural status of the societies. To this end, gauging the tourists' satisfaction rate from the facilities on the beach can be considered as a strategy to an optimized allocation of the facilities with regard to the priority of the beach users' needs in order to use the high capacity and potential of the Caspian coast for tourist attraction. This study is based on the results of a field research of the existing facilities in the Caspian coast.
