General aim of present research, effect study of the education times meantime police service in creating security and social manner of SARI city. Descriptive research method is kind of field. Statistical community performs it to all formal and informal men and women staffs of SARI Military command of an army to 400 persons. Base of KERJESI table, MORGAN and suitable to community volume is determined about 196 persons. Sampling to classical accidental method performed on sex. Information collection device is made researcher questionnaire.
