Providing a model for promoting lesson study and improving education and learning in the country's educational systems
This study was conducted with the aim of providing a model for promoting lesson study and improving education and learning in the country's educational systems. The method of this research is applied in terms of purpose. The method of data collection is mixed (quantitative and qualitative) and the tools of data collection are interviews with experts and semi-structured specialized interviews and questionnaires. The statistical population of this study is all teachers of educational institutions in the country with a number of about 400,000 people. The sample size is 375 teachers working in the country's educational institutions (in the quantitative section) determined using the Cochran's formula and 15 university professors and specialists in this field (in the qualitative section). Instructors were selected by one-step cluster random sampling method. The collected data were analyzed in two ways: descriptive and inferential. The results show that the components of structural reform, legislation and supervision, motivation, facilities and technology, education, innovation of methods and methods and effective culture in the supportive (external) dimension; And the components of knowledge, attitude, skills, abilities and personality traits in the individual (internal) dimension, were approved as components of academic promotion. The model fits the tests to the desired level and all the components of the enumerated lesson study promotion, with a significant effect factor, indicate the validity of the model. In order to promote research, it is suggested that short-term, medium-term and long-term programs be implemented with the priority of research components.
