Identifying and Leveling the Components of Sustainable Human Resource Management in the Banking Industry Based on Structural-Interpretive Technique (ISM) (Case Study: Bank sarmayeh)
The key to an organization's success in an age of competition and interconnected environments is its ability to maintain and develop human resources. The aim of this study was to identify the components of sustainable human resource management in Sarmayeh Bank. Initially, the components of sustainable human resource management were identified through literature and semi-structured interviews with experts. The interviews were coded using three methods of open, selective and axial coding, and finally ten components were identified and then a interpretive structural model (ISM) was created to provide a model of sustainable human resource management in Sarmayeh Bank using ISM. The components are then classified and then ranked using MICMAC based on penetration and dependency. The results show that the structural interpretive model of Capital Bank can be presented in six levels, the most important of which is related to the policies and policies of the bank. Other components identified include empowerment development, agile environment building, increased social responsibility, improved quality of life, elite upbringing, alignment with digital developments, continuous learning, performance improvement and improved working conditions. MICMAC analysis showed that Capital Bank's human resource management system is an unstable system.
