Check the status of lifestyle and its relation to mental health in the province of Police Command Staff

The basic objective of the project is to investigate the status of life and mental health, as well as the relationship between these two variables at the province's police command staff. The study sample consisted of 356 volumes, including all the command staff of the police personnel of various categories of occupational that randomly selected and stratified by study questionnaire, the General Health Questionnaire (GHQ) and mental health promotion lifestyle profile (HPIPII) have responded. Thus the study of the nature of survey research component and the target component is applied research. The results of this study show First, the average ratings of the police command staff Bushehr lifestyle in order to include moral excellence (4/58), interpersonal relations(4/31), health responsibility (3/59), nutrition (3/23), physical activity (2/65) and stress management (2/63) and This difference is significant. Second, the relationship between symptoms and psychological problems and a significant negative lifestyle (R= -0/48 ) exists
