The role of teacher ranking on improving their job engagement in high schools in Maragheh
The aim of this study is the role of ranking teachers on improving their job engagement in high schools in Maragheh. The research method used is descriptive and correlational and the statistical population of the present study is the teachers of secondary schools in Maragheh city, whose number is 350 people and the statistical sample, was 183 people using Cochran's formula and the classes were randomly selected. Data collection tool was two standard questionnaires that the validity of the data collection tool was symbolic validity and Cronbach's alpha test was used to assess their reliability. SPSS software was also used to test the research hypotheses. The research findings showed that the ranking and its dimensions of fairness (equality), quality of performance, desirability, information and efficiency of indicators are effective on the job engagement of high school teachers in Maragheh.
