This research was conducted to investigate the effect of Glaser Reality Training Program during the Epidemic Epidemy of Cavid -19 on improving the responsibility and interpersonal trust of health network employees. This research was a type of experimental study with pre-test-posttest design with control group. The statistical population of this study was all employees of Fereidunkar Health Network (n = 211), from among them, 132 employees of Fereidunacar Health Network were randomly selected based on the list in Fereidunacar Health Network and to questionnaires and trust Responded between. Then the subjects that simultaneously with the cutting point of the questionnaires had lower responsibility and interpersonal confidence score (scores less than 21 for accountability and less than 40 for interpersonal trust) (n = 69) and from among them 30 Persons were randomly selected and also controlled and tested in two groups. The experimental group received 80 minutes of treatment training in 8 sessions, but did not receive the control group. The subjects of the two groups participated in post-test intervention.
