Investigating the relationship between paranoia, depression and anger with organizational commitment of education staff
This study was conducted to investigate the relationship between paranoia, depression and anger with organizational commitment among employees of education departments in Khorramabad city. The research method is descriptive-correlational. The statistical population includes all the administrative staff of these departments, a total of 620 people. Using Krejcie and Morgan table, the sample size was 242 (27 females and 215 males) and by relative random sampling method, the questionnaires were distributed and completed among the specified sample. Data collection tools included: Maslow Mental Security Questionnaire (1952) and Allen and Meyer Organizational Commitment Questionnaire (1990). Research data were analyzed using SPSS software using correlation and regression methods. Findings showed that: There is a significant relationship between depression and anger with organizational commitment at the level (p <0.001). And there is no significant relationship between paranoia and organizational commitment. Based on multiple regression analysis, the components of paranoia, depression and anger have the ability to predict organizational commitment (p <0.05).
