Critical comparison of the foundations of modern government with Heidegger's ideas(Preparation for the transition from a modern state to an Islamic state)

The modern state and its philosophical critique have always been a common discussion in political and philosophical circles. Heidegger, for example, as a critic of modernity, has many objections to the structure and efficiency of modernity and the state that emerges from it. His most important critique goes back to the positivist methodology and its central object-object relationship. The present study aims to understand Heidegger's ideal state in an analytical and comparative way, In addition to explaining and analyzing the components of the modern state, he adapts these cases to the characteristics of Heidegger's state, and finally concludes that the state considered by Heidegger is an existential state that has paid attention to the collective "us" instead of me and in that power, instead of an imperfect pluralism, it depends on a limited and, of course, directing and reliable person or elite, Another important component of the existential state is the restriction of the unconditional freedoms of the modern period (at different levels) and, finally, the prevention of widespread tyranny. The result is that the modern state, due to its lack of attention to human nature, has not paid attention to the real freedom of human beings and has left it in a narrow fence under the pretext of securing its material and personal interests. Given the hegemony of modern state thought in the Islamic world and Iran, it seems that the critique of such an idea and structure provides the basis for the theorizing of the Islamic state.
