Identify Strategies for Determining Electoral Policy Agenda

Among the general issues, electoral policies are extremely important for advancing the goals of a system and ensuring the legitimacy of a system. The aim of this article is to identify the causal factors in determining the agenda of electoral policies. In this research, is a developmental study carried out in the qualitative research tradition framework using conventional content analysis. In the open coding stage, to identify the causal factors through in-depth interviews with 17 experts who were sampled by snowball method and 13 complete saturation was obtained in the interview. of total of 171 meaningful concepts and 18 categories, 5 themes and 3 dimensions were identified as causal factors. After axial coding in selective coding, reviewing previous research, concepts and face-to-face interviews revealed the relationship between the phenomena. Based on the surveys conducted, 3 dimensions of causal factors in determining the agenda of election campaigns were identified, which include Solve executive and regulatory problems, improving the understanding of political marketing, Strengthen the party system
