Investigating the effect of financial intelligence and information literacy on the financial performance of financial employees of Post Bank branches in East Azerbaijan province

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of financial intelligence and information literacy on financial performance. Research Method This research is a descriptive-correlation research method. The statistical population of this study includes the financial staff of Post Bank branches in East Azerbaijan Province (N = 120). Sampling method is available and the statistical sample was estimated based on Cochran's formula of 92 people. For data collection, questionnaires of information literacy studies of Keshavarz et al. And Moradi's financial performance, faith and financial intelligence of Popovis et al. Were used. Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) of the measurement model and tcoefficients were used to analyze the data. The results showed that financial intelligence and information literacy have a positive and significant effect on the financial performance of financial staff of Post Bank branches in East Azerbaijan province.
