Investigating the role of job stress and safety factor on safety management among Qazvin fire department employees

The purpose of this research is to investigate the role of job stress and safety factor on safety management among Qazvin fire department employees. The current research is applied in terms of purpose and correlational in terms of descriptive method. The statistical population includes Qazvin fire department employees, whose number is 422, and using Cochran's formula, the sample size was estimated to be 218. In this research, a non-probability sampling method was used for sampling. Structural equation model was used to investigate the relationships between research variables using Smart PLS software. The results of data analysis show that job stress and the safety factor of safety management have a significant effect among Qazvin fire department employees.
