Moral damages in Iranian law

Abstract:
Moral rights have been more valuable than pecuniary rights for humans. Nevertheless, there was a question that if it is possible to get damage because of aggressing to the moral damages. This article after discussion about the reasons of the opponents of getting moral damages, based on the article 171 of the constitutional law, thedifferent regular Acts and la dharar rule, believes that getting moral damages is permitted.
