The mediating role of organizational trust in relation to job motivation and organizational identity of Marvdasht Education Department employees
The purpose of this study is the mediating role of organizational trust in relation to job motivation and organizational identity of Marvdasht Education Department employees. The research method used is part of applied research in terms of purpose and in terms of data collection method is part of descriptive correlational research. The statistical population of this research includes all employees of Marvdasht Education Department, which according to the recruitment statistics of this department The official staff is 140 people. To determine the sample size using random sampling method and using Morgan table, 103 people were selected as the sample. Data collection tool in this study is three questionnaires of organizational trust, job motivation and organizational identity to analyze the data. Descriptive and inferential statistics have been used. At the level of descriptive statistics, mean and standard deviation of research variables and at the inferential level, Pearson correlation coefficient significance test and simple regression and hierarchical Baroness analysis are used. The results after data analysis showed that there is a significant relationship between employees 'organizational trust with job motivation and organizational identity. Also, employees' organizational identity has a significant relationship with their job motivation. While organizational trust can mediate between job motivation and organizational identity. To play.
