Investigating the effective factors in building architecture design based on energy consumption and providing energy labels (Study of NAJA headquarters buildings)
The term building energy classification includes any method that makes it possible to determine the quality of a building (in terms of energy use) compared to other cases. In the beginning, the concepts of benchmarking, ranking and labeling in the field of building energy classification are introduced in order to clarify the discussion. Today, in many countries of the world, in order to control energy consumption in buildings, the method of building labeling is used so that in a comprehensive method, energy management of buildings by standardizing and labeling and preparing a basis of information and indicators in construction activities from The production process is easy to operate.Examination of standard methods and similar labeling for buildings around the world shows that in most cases of valid and comprehensive research, the sample community has used the buildings as a database for the intended studies. Therefore, in this study, the climatic characteristics of different cities in Iran and its buildings have been considered as a sample community and the coefficient of impact of different climates of Iran on energy calculations and building labeling has been studied. The research method in this research is descriptive-analytical and based on library studies and documentary data. In order to verify the physical features extracted from the research energy model, in addition to using the existing standards, a comparative study was conducted between 9 samples of different buildings in the whole city of Iran and finally the NAJA headquarters buildings in Tehran were examined.
