Investigating the Effect of Cultural Factors on the Effectiveness of Women's Communicative Skills Mediated by Organizational Commitment
The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of cultural factors on the effectiveness of women's communication skills mediated by organizational commitment in education in Qasr Shirin. The statistical population included all female employees of Qasrshirin County Education Department, whose number is 200 people; is. Sampling method In this study was available. According to the Cochran's formula, the sample size was approximately 127 people. Then Barton J. Communication Skills Questionnaire. E. (1990), Mir and Allen (1997) organizational commitment and communication skills of Sarmad et al. (2011) were distributed among the sample members. The validity of the scales used using face validity and the reliability of the questionnaires using Cronbach's alpha test were 0.83, 0.84 and 0.91, respectively. Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was used to determine the normality of the data and Pearson test was used to determine the correlation due to the fact that the data distribution was normal. Structural equation model was also used to test the research hypotheses. Emos and SPSS software were used to analyze the data. The results were presented after fitting the model. The results showed that cultural factors have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. The results also showed that cultural factors affect communication skills through organizational commitment. Other results indicated that organizational commitment affects communicative skills.
