The Effectiveness of Virtual Education of the Researcher-Made Project "Habl-Al-Matin" based on Descendant Interpretation Verses of Chastity and Hijab On the Female Student's Adherence Growth to Hijab

Abstract:
Objectives

One of the most important tasks of elites and cultural activists is to present new and effective plans to promote the culture of chastity and hijab of women in the Islamic society. The present study examines the effectiveness of the virtual education of the "Habl-al-Matin" project based on the descendant interpretation of the verses of chastity and hijab; Has focused on the growth of adherence to the hijab of female students.

Method

Hab-al-matin project is performed through using the steps and strategies of the Qur'anic teachings, chastity and hijab and based on a descendant interpretation. The statistical population of 600 female students studying at the Islamic Azad University, Andimeshk Branch; 30 people were selected by random sampling method and divided to two groups of 15 experimental and control. The experimental group underwent daily training for 30 days in cyberspace, under the influence of Habl-al-Matin training. To collect information from the valid 8-item questionnaire "Islamic Scale of Adherence to Hijab" with a validity of ./09 was used. Cronbach's alpha coefficient in this study ./75. Therefore, the questionnaire has the necessary reliability. Data analysis was performed using Mankova multivariate analysis of covariance.

Results

38% of the individual differences in the post-test were related to the effect of virtual education of the Habl-al-matin project. In order to teach the three stages: recognizing the principles of religion, indirectly creating a culture of chastity and hijab with a dominant emphasis on chastity, and clear legislation on the rules of chastity and hijab; It led to the growth of the components of "attitude towards hijab" and "practical commitment to hijab" and finally to the growth of "adherence to hijab".

Conclusion

The authors of the survey conclude that teaching Habl-al-matin project in cyberspace will significantly result in the increase of adherence to hijab among female students.
