The role of naval interaction with local people in enhancing the security of the water borders of Bushehr province

 Expanding the extra-organizational interactions of the Bushehr Admiralty with other organizations, institutions and local people while synergizing, sharing efforts, creating unity of action in security-building activities and success in the implementation of programs, joint decision-making and increasing social capital in general, increasing the extra-organizational capacities of commanders and Managers are involved in improving the security of blue borders. How it is and finding objective solutions, available and based on the human geography of Bushehr province, has provided evidence for conducting this research, and the research was conducted with the aim of knowing the role of the naval command's interaction with the local people in enhancing the security of the water borders of Bushehr province.

 The research method from the point of view of the applied goal and the type of data is qualitative, which was done with thematic analysis method. The statistical population included organizational experts and elites and external managers. Among the population present in the study, interviews were conducted with 32 people (12 internal and 21 external) until reaching theoretical saturation. The data collection tool was in-depth interview. To analyze the information, the researcher used the qualitative research method of theme analysis.

 The extra-organizational interactions of the Bushehr Admiralty Command with the local people in improving the security of the water borders of the province included 24 organizing themes.

The extra-organizational interaction of the naval command in enhancing the security of the water borders of Bushehr province can be formulated in the form of managerial, educational, informational and media roles, and it is suggested that the research findings be validated and prioritized in an independent research format with a quantitative method.
