Legislative position of participatory criminal policy in modern Iranian criminal law

Participatory criminal policy is one of the new issues that has entered Iranian law and today in the texts of most Iranian laws such as the Constitution, the Code of Criminal Procedure adopted in 1392, the Islamic Penal Code adopted in 1392, the Regulation on Mediation in Criminal Affairs adopted in 1394, law Dispute Resolution Council approved in 1394, the Law on Crime Prevention approved in 1394 can be studied. In Iranian law, due to the evolution of criminal law, participation in the justice process in various manifestations such as the emergence of non-governmental organizations, the role of the victim and the victim and the local community in mechanisms such as mediation and compromise, the victim crystallized Manifested in granting compassionate facilities to the accused. However, participatory criminal policy in various laws seeks to consolidate its position to achieve the goals that guarantee the rights of victims. However, in the present study, we will examine analytically and descriptively the legislative position of participatory criminal policy in modern Iranian criminal law.
