Rereading the model of human communication of police command and management students
This study was conducted in the field of human communication skills with the aim of verifying the indicators of the Daffos model of human communication (approved by the Council of Excellence and Development of Amin University of Police Sciences, 2018) and also designing and compiling a resource for training the index of human communication skills.
The research was conducted using a qualitative method and within the framework of thematic analysis. The participants consisted of three groups: a) 43 students of Daffodil in 2019, period 28, who were studying in five classes at the time of the research and were studying human communication; b) professors of human communication course (five people); and c) provincial staff (54 people). In total, nineteen people for the first spectrum, three people for the second spectrum and seventeen people for the third spectrum were selected in a purposeful way until reaching theoretical saturation. The data was collected through expert meetings and separate focus groups. At the end of these meetings, the human communication model of Daffodil students was calculated and designed.
In total, after multiple revisions, fifteen indicators in the individual dimension, ten indicators for the intra-organizational dimension and five indicators for the extra-organizational dimension of human communication were counted.
The model of human communication obtained has been evolutionary and progressive and is based on the model designed and approved by the Council of Excellence and Transformation of Amin University of Police Sciences. Therefore, it is necessary to pay special attention to these dimensions and their indicators in order to improve this characteristic with the importance of command.
