Abstract:

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the competitive approaches of large supply chain management of the oil and gas operating company.This research is based on a multi-criteria decision-making approach using fuzzy Delphi method and network analysis process.Using literature review and a survey of a 15-member team of experts, 33 components affecting the large supply chain were extracted.It was used to refine and evaluate the extracted factors with the real contexts and space of the large supply chain, according to the fuzzy Delphi method and with the opinion of the selected team of experts.Then, the relative importance of each of the components and dimensions of the supply chain was determined based on the network analysis process method in the Super Design software environment.The results of the study, resilience strategy (0.36466) has the highest rank and then agile strategies (0.25385), lean (0.23963), green (0.14187), second,
third and fourth ranks.
