Considering the importance of satisfying stakeholders in the field of tourism and the need to create competition between tourism centers, this study, based on studies and theoretical perspectives, has developed a conceptual framework and identified components of satisfaction and loyalty of electronic portals. Content analysis used. Based on the available literature, different models have been used to measure the quality of portal services. One of the most comprehensive and advanced models is the EQual model. This model is the result of 4 edited versions of WebQual models. The results of research conducted using this model confirm its high capability in measuring the quality of electronic services. This model has three dimensions: "usability", "information quality" and "service interaction".
