Investigating the Rlationship Between Organizational Culture and Knowledge Management with Professional Ethics among Employees
The purpose of this research was to investigate the relationship between organizational culture and knowledge management with professional ethics among the employees of sports and youth departments in Mazandaran province. This research was conducted in a descriptive-correlational way and in the field. The statistical population of the research was 247 employees working in sports and youth departments of Mazandaran province, of which 152 were randomly selected based on Morgan's table. To collect information, Sashkin's organizational culture questionnaires (α=0.91), field knowledge management (α=0.22) and professional ethics of Rezaian and Ghazi (α=0.21) were used. The data was analyzed using Pearson's test using SPSS 22 statistical software at the level of α≤0.02. The findings of the research show that there is a significant positive relationship between all the components of organizational culture, except for customer orientation, with knowledge management. Also, there is a significant positive relationship between organizational culture and all components of knowledge management. The results of data analysis show that there is a significant positive relationship between organizational culture and professional ethics and between knowledge management and professional ethics.
