Investigating the level of attention to the factors affecting teaching management among professors
The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the level of attention to the factors affecting teaching among the teachers of Khuzestan, Karun city. The research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptivesurvey in terms of implementation method. The statistical population of the research included all 200 teachers of Khuzestan education in Karun city, 134 of whom were selected as a sample using Morgan's table, and then the sample size was covered using simple random sampling. The research tool included a researcher-made questionnaire whose validity was approved by experts and its reliability using Cronbach's alpha equals 78. Calculated. The data obtained from the questionnaire are analyzed at two levels using SPSS19 software. In the first level, using descriptive statistics methods (frequency, frequency percentage, quartiles, mode, minimum, maximum, and box plot), and in the second level, using inferential statistics methods (binomial non-parametric tests) or Nisbet and Friedman), the data is analyzed and the research questions are answered. In general, the results of this research showed that the level of attention to the factors affecting teaching among Khuzestan educational institutions in Karun city is optimal.
