Investigating the relationship between job involvement and job-employee fit with the role of power distance moderator. (Case study: Deputy of FARAJA's human resources.)
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between job involvement and job-employee fit with the moderating role of power distance. This study is applied in terms of purpose, descriptive-survey in terms of data collection method, and correlational in terms of data analysis method. The statistical population of the employees of FARAJA's human resources department was determined by the number of 12 people and the sample size by the number of 2 people using the Cochran formula. To collect research data, three types of standard questionnaires of job involvement, person-job fit, and power distance have been used. In order to check the validity of the questionnaire according to their standardization, the content method was used in such a way that the questionnaire was distributed among the experts and professors and the data was collected. The reliability of the questionnaires was measured through Cronbach's alpha coefficient, the numerical value of which was 0.938 for job involvement, 0.922 for job-employee fit, and 0.822 for ,power distance. Data analysis has been done using structural equation modeling. The analysis of the results shows that job-employee fit has a positive and significant relationship with job involvement, and power distance is also effective in this relationship. The fit of needs - supplies has a greater contribution than the fit of demands-abilities in explaining job-employee fit. In the same way, getting energy (from the job) has the biggest contribution in explaining job involvement.
