The role of electronic learning on the transfer of education to the workplace among the employees of Shahid Sattari Air University
The development of organizations depends on improving the level of knowledge, skills and insights of human resources. Organizations have no choice but to maintain and nurture human resources to solve this problem and provide services and achieve the desired results. In this regard, e-learning as a tool for progress and development, responds to the needs of learning organizations because the transfer of training is an essential element of organizational sustainability. The staff of Shahid Sattari Air University was done.
This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of how to collect information. The statistical population of the study consisted of all employees of Shahid Sattari Aviation University, whose number was 700 people. The statistical sample of the study was 248 based on Krejcie and Morgan table and were selected using simple random sampling method. The research instruments were two standard questionnaires of e-learning Whitkins (2004) with a reliability of 0.87 and Shams Morkani and Abbasi Kesi (2016) education transfer questionnaire with a reliability of 0.91. Descriptive and inferential statistics (one-sample t-test, independent t-test, Pearson correlation structural equation modeling (SEM) and one-way analysis of variance) were used to analyze the data.
The results of the present study showed in all three hypotheses; Dimensions of e-learning with all three individual, educational and organizational factors transfer of training to the workplace among the staff of Shahid Sattari Aviation University has an effective role and a significant relationship, ie the training has increased staff performance
