Tadlis in the field of family law occurs in various situations, which are discussed in this research with analytical-descriptive method. Taming the character of one of the couple is one of the things that often happens in the society and it happens when people introduce themselves as an important person or a person who has a very important job and so on. Misrepresentation or concealment of physical features such as artificial depiction and unrealistic representations of a person's appearance, concealment by repairing obvious flaws and shortcomings, health and illness status (such as using artificial hair or hair color, artificial teeth, hearing aids, glasses, plastic surgery with diabetes, AIDS, lung, kidney, skin diseases, etc.), virginity, unusual habits and conditioning (such as addiction to tobacco, drugs and alcohol) moral characteristics Non-documented defect means defects other than those mentioned in articles 1122 and 1123. In general, hiding or not mentioning the features that are considered in the opinions of the couple and mutually agreed upon, can provide grounds for invoking the jurisprudential rule of Tadlis.
