Presenting a favorable model for admission of candidates to Farhangiān University
The aim of this study was to develop a favorable model for admission of applicants to Farhangiān University. Phenomenographic research method was used and the necessary data was collected through semi-structured interview. The research population consisted of all professors and specia lists in the field of educational sciences and psychology of Farhangiān Unive rsity of Mashhad and Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, all students, teachers and graduates of Farhangiān University of Mashhad and all interviewees were selected by the Khor āsān Razavi Education Organization. The research sample consisted of 35 people who were selected through purposeful sampling method. After recording, implementing, analyzing, and coding the interview scripts, the categories identified in 4 steps, i.e., before entering the university, upon entering the university, during the university, and after the university, were developed in the form of a suitable model for selection and admission of student teachers at Farhangiān Univers ity. Finally, based on this model, resear ch and practical suggestions were made for the use of officials and those in charge of candidates' admission to the teaching profession.
