Designing a supply chain resilience model with emphasis on open innovation in the Industry, Mining and Trade Organization of East Azerbaijan Province
Today, with the complexity of supply chains, despite the high level of uncertainty caused by disruptions, disordered behaviors, challenges and threats, its management has become a challenging task. The purpose of this study is to design a supply chain resilience model with emphasis on open innovation in the Industry, Mining and Trade Organization of East Azerbaijan Province.
Based on the nature and method, the present study was conducted in terms of the purpose of an applied and developmental research and in terms of descriptive nature and correlation with a mixed approach (qualitative and quantitative). The statistical population including employees and managers of the Industry, Mining and Trade Organization of East Azerbaijan Province was approximately 285 people, the statistical sample size based on Morgan table and Cochran's formula is 162 people. with the help of experts, the content validity of the tool was calculated quantitatively and based on the announced opinions, the content validity index (CVI) and the content validity ratio (CVR) were calculated. Reliability was assessed by two methods of internal consistency (Cronbach's alpha) and test-retest, by calculating the interclass correlation coefficient (ICC). Data analysis was performed using confirmatory factor analysis by available sampling method with SPSS-22 and Lisrel 8.8.
The results of the analysis showed that supply chain resilience factors with emphasis on open innovation were: 71 indicators and 10 components (agility, risk management culture, internal and external participation, technology, redundancy, organizational structure, strategic supplier cooperation, quality and Level of information sharing, flexibility, open innovation).
The results of the priority of supply chain resilience factors with emphasis on open innovation showed that the agility variable with a weighted average of 6.34 is in the first place and the open innovation variable with a weighted average of 4.41 is in the tenth place.
