The Role of Living Space Indexes in Improving Quality of Life of Residences in 12th District of Tehran
Quality of life is one of the most important issues in all researches regarding social, economic, cultural and political issues. These areas, have a suitable potential, have attracted the attention and desire of the planners, managers and all the managers of urban management. In this dissertation, the aim is to identify and measure the effect of effective components on quality of life of district 12 of Tehran to increase the quality of environment. On these bases, the criteria for satisfaction with the quality of life in these urban areas is from the residents' and their point of view. Regeneration of inefficient urban areas and the use of existing resources and potentials, ultimately is to improve the quality of life in these urban areas. Therefore, at first, the global background of quality of life has been studied and then, taking into account the conditions and characteristics of inefficient urban fabrics, a suitable model of conditions in Iran has been taken. Descriptive-analytical research method and various documentary methods have been used to collect required data. To analyze data such as descriptive methods and statistical tests (Kolmogorov–Smirnov, pearson and multi-variant regression) have been used. The final results indicate that the appropriate model for increasing the quality of life in District 12 of Tehran is based on the fear of government intervention and greater use of private sector and NGOs and using desirable potentials and appropriate infrastructures can play an essential role in the increase of quality of life.
