During the first night, the troops succeeded in breaking the defensive positions of the 60th Armored Brigade, surrounded its forces and captured most of them, including the brigade commander, Col. Stadt Khattab Omar. According to the nature of the subject of the type of applied research, the method of conducting the research is descriptive and the research approach is qualitative. The findings of the research are based on the fact that the Fatah-ul-Mobin operation is considered one of the decisive operations in the history of the Iran-Iraq war and the remarkable victories of the Iranian warriors during this operation, while the astonishment and surprise of the political and military circles of the world caused the balance of power in the imposed war to be completely disrupted and Iran to take the initiative in both political and military fronts.
