Criminological analysis of rehabilitation of prisoners from committing crimes after release from prison (case study of Isfahan city prisoners)

Depriving a prisoner of his freedom is not a factor that cannot be tried to improve his situation, and as a matter of respect for human rights, it is necessary to make efforts to rehabilitate prisoners in various fields so that their return to society is accompanied by health and avoidance of crime. Accordingly, the purpose of this research is to investigate the role of influential factors in the rehabilitation of prisoners from committing crimes after release from prison.

In this research, descriptive-analytical and survey methods were used, and both library sources and researcher-made questionnaires were used in the field to collect information. Our statistical population in this research is from the total number of people who committed crimes in Isfahan after serving a sentence, 101 people were randomly selected from among the prisoners in Isfahan Central Prison and Isfahan Women's Prison, who completed the questionnaire and took action. to answer the questions raised in the questionnaire. The collected data has been analyzed using spss software.

The results of the regression model implementation showed that the beta level of the components of psychological services, health care services, skills development and spiritual care and good life model on the rehabilitation of prisoners from committing crimes after release from prison are significant and all variables are included in the model. Regressed and have a significant effect on the dependent variable.

Rehabilitating prisoners is something that can be realized and by relying on some constructive components, many criminals can be returned to society and prevent them from committing crimes again.
