Planning and managing the development of rural technology and innovation system in Sistan region

Agricultural sector given the growing population, the need for supply is very important. For this reason, the development of agricultural products and the identification of barriers affecting it is a comprehensive and national issue. The purpose of this study was to identify and identify the barriers affecting the development of agricultural technological innovation system in Sistan region using FAHP technique. The statistical population consisted of 40 experts and experts of Jihad-e-Agriculture in Sistan region. The main instrument was data collection, its validity and content was verified by experts of Jihad-e-Agriculture. The results of this study indicate that barriers to entrepreneurship and formation with weight (0.27) have the greatest impact, and research and development barriers, legal barriers and policy, innovative and technological barriers, barriers Institutional - structural, financial barriers - credit and educational barriers - with a weight of 0.19, 0.15, 0.14, 0.13, 0.08 and 0.04, respectively, are in the next priority. In order to develop the technological innovation system of agriculture, it is recommended that organizations and institutions be established to encourage and encourage the farmers of the Sistan region for entrepreneurship in accordance with the facilities of the region.
