Designing the Conceptual Model of Social Capital in Iran's Governmental Organizations Based on the Teachings of Nahj al-Balagha

According to the major documents of the country, including the vision document of 2025, priority is given to the production of religious and indigenous sciences, especially in the field of humanities. The purpose of this research is to design a conceptual model of social capital in Iran's government organizations based on the teachings of Nahj al-Balagha.

In this research, the full text of Nahj al-Balagha was used to extract the main data, thematic analysis method was used to analyze the data, and purposive sampling method was used to ensure the correctness of the perceptions and model verification by referring to the experts. The test-retest and coders reliability coefficients are 92 and 81%, respectively, and the average CVR and CVI indices for the extracted themes are determined as 92 and 95%, respectively.

The results of the research indicate the identification of dimensions of 1- the individual dimension with components such as law-abiding, work discipline, job trustworthiness, and self-control; 2- the interactive dimension with components such as the responsibility and accountability of managers and superiors, avoiding hypocrisy and demagoguery, avoiding flattery, loyalty, pledge, stay away from backbiting, humility towards subordinates and superiors; 3- Organizational dimension with components such as meritocracy, organizational unity and solidarity, organizational justice, unity of command, collaborative management, division of labor, and time management.
