Investigating the role of job resource components on improving the organizational performance of the employees of the General Directorate of Sports and Youth
The purpose of this research is to investigate the role of job resource components on improving the organizational performance of the employees of the General Directorate of Sports and Youth. The research was done by descriptive-correlation method. The statistical population of this research consists of all the employees of the General Directorate of Sports and Youth of Mazandaran province, based on Morgan's table, 511 people were selected as a sample in a simple random manner. To collect data, Rocznowska and Bakker (2016) job resource questionnaires and Kaplan and Norton (2004) organizational performance questionnaires were used. Statistical analysis was done using SPSS version 22 software. The results of the analysis of the findings showed that the job resources variable has a positive and significant effect on the organizational performance variable, and the components of job resources such as autonomy, social support and feedback have a significant effect on the organizational performance variable. While opportunities for growth and development and coaching did not have a statistically significant effect on organizational performance. Performance is one of the most important dependent variables of the organization, and job resources have a small role in explaining it.
