Prioritizing the components of organizational intelligence in the employees of Babol Municipality
The purpose of this research was to prioritize the components of organizational intelligence in the employees of Babol Municipality. The current research is descriptive and was conducted in the field. The statistical population includes managers and employees of Babol Municipal Organization (154 people), the total statistical sample size was determined. Pearson's t-test was used to check the research data, and Shannon's entropy test and SPSS22 statistical software were used to prioritize the components under investigation. The findings of this research show that the organizational intelligence of employees with an experimental average of 3.38 is higher than the theoretical average of 2.82. Also, there is a significant difference at α=0.01 level between the theoretical averages and the experimental averages in all components of organizational intelligence. The analysis of the studied dimensions showed that strategic insight is the first priority, unity and agreement is the second priority, desire for change is the third priority, and common destiny is the last priority of organizational intelligence. According to the findings of the research, it is possible to use the solutions used by the employees of the Babol Municipal Organization to improve the organizational intelligence of other organizations as a model.
